Bespoke e-learning courseware
We work with you to design, develop, host and deliver your own online courseware. Our approach is designed to bring you a highly cost-effective return on your investment in e-learning.
All bespoke projects follow a process beginning with an initial consultation and ending with the launch of a new e-learning course.
Step 1: Consult and Analyse
The first step is gaining a clear understanding of your needs. This requires thorough analysis. We discuss your objectives, establish the scope of the project and produce a budget.
Step 2: Specify and Plan
This analysis is then used to draw up a project specification which meets the needs of the target audience. We write a plan which is approved by you prior to developing the course.
Step 3: Design and Develop
We produce an instructional design for the new course which includes all audio and visual elements of the final product. Our team of graphic designers and programmers collaborate to develop the right look, feel and functionality of your course.
Step 4: Test and Implement
Every element of the new course is thoroughly tested for accuracy, functionality and presentation as part of a rigorous quality control process. When you are happy with the course we work with you to implement it.
Step 5: Monitor and Evaluate
After the course has been launched and distributed, we work with you to monitor and evaluate its effectiveness.
Our bespoke projects can
- deliver new course materials
- refresh your existing courseware
- convert your hard-copy materials into an exciting new e-learning resource, in on-line format, or as a CD-ROM, or as a DVD and workbook - see the yellow panel on the right.

Induction training
Online induction is an increasingly popular choice for organisations investing in bespoke e-learning. We can readily transform conventional materials into easy-to-follow modules.
New employees can start their e-learning immediately, at a time, place and pace that suits them, without having to spend days off-site in a classroom. Relevant information can be accessed at the click of a button.
An embrace-learning course allows you to:
- deliver important information to new employees who need to be up to speed in as short a time as possible
- reach unlimited numbers of people either simultaneously or at a time which suits them
- provide the information relevant to new employees without disrupting the work of others
- offer new employees a facility to work through induction training at their own pace and review material as many times as they wish
